The Maitland Symphony Orchestra rehearses Thursdays at 7 PM at the Maitland Presbyterian Church for their upcoming concerts. Please feel free to contact us with any questions that you may have regarding joining us as a musician, volunteer or just general inquiries. Rehearsals will resume in August, 2016.

Aric Vyhmeister has composed several pieces for The Maitland Symphony Orchestra including “Scherzo On the Bell Carol” performed in our last concert. Aric sent us the following message.

I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to your orchestra, writing and sharing music with the MSO has been invaluable as both a learning opportunity and a gateway to additional experiences and I’m very grateful for your support.
I just picked it up (DVD) Moments ago and finished watching it- wonderful job, it was fantastic!
