The Performing Arts of Maitland sponsors local songwriters, singers and musicians every Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm at the Maitland Farmer’s Market at 701 Lake Lily Dr. on the exquisite shores of Lake Lily! This location is centrally located and there are many vendors & amp; services, and consequently many patrons. Maitland Food Truck Café
Maitland’s newest attraction moves to Wednesday nights!
You can come enjoy beautiful Lake Lily, live entertainment sponsored by Performing Arts of Maitland, and taste some of the most awesome food from many of Orlando area’s premiere Food Trucks. Every Wednesday evening the Maitland Food Truck Café opens at 6 pm and the fun doesn’t stop til 9! Come on down & check it out, you won’t be sorry you did!
Cheryl Anderson “Blue’s Mama”

Cheryl Anderson (aka Blue’s Mama) has been performing in and around the Orlando area for the last 20 years or so. From Albany NY, she started off singing Rock and Roll as a teen, then moved on to perform at Disney for a while. After working at Disney, she hit the dance club scene and since then has run the gamut all the way from backing Jessica Simpson to being a worship team leader for the First Presbyterian Church of Maitland. An eclectic mix !
Cheryl often performs solo, with The Maj Band and also sings with a 9 piece dance band called The Standing Hamptons. Recently, and for the past 10 years, she has hosted the Open Mic Night at Tom & Jerry’s in Winter Park every Tuesday night, starting @ 9pm. And at Brick and Fire in Casselberry every Wednesday night.
